Brian believes that government spending must be guided by three key principles: responsibility, transparency, and justification. Every taxpayer dollar should be spent with purpose and accountability.
A strong economy depends on fiscal discipline—ensuring that funds are used wisely and that the needs of the American people come first. As your representative, Brian will work to eliminate wasteful spending, demand transparency in federal budgets, and make sure every expenditure serves the best interests of the nation.

Many leaders claim to be pro-life, but too often their commitment ends at birth. Brian believes that being truly pro-life means advocating for the well-being of every child throughout their entire life. That's why he's committed to meaningful reform of the foster care and adoption systems in America.
Far too many loving, qualified Americans are forced to look overseas to start a family simply because adopting a child in the U.S. is too costly and complex. Brian believes that no child should be left behind, and that every American child deserves a real chance at the American Dream. As your representative, he will work to streamline adoption processes, strengthen support for foster families, and ensure that every child grows up with the care, opportunity, and hope they deserve.

Texas Congressional District 6 is one of the fastest-growing and most economically diverse regions in the state. With that growth comes a critical need to modernize and strengthen our infrastructure. Our communities depend on reliable roads and bridges to support commerce, emergency services, and daily commutes. Continued investment in transportation infrastructure is essential to reduce congestion, improve safety, and attract new business.
Equally vital is the need to upgrade our water infrastructure, especially as aging systems face increasing pressure from population growth and extreme weather. Ensuring clean, accessible water for families, farmers, and industries is not only a public health priority, but also an economic one.
Additionally, our district experienced firsthand the consequences of a fragile power grid during past winter storms Strengthening energy infrastructure and grid stability is non-negotiable. We must invest in a resilient and diversified grid, one that can withstand high demand and extreme weather events, to protect families and keep our economy running.
These investments aren't just about fixing old systems; they're about preparing Texas 6 for the future. It’s time to prioritize smart, bipartisan infrastructure solutions that create jobs, boost local economies, and make our communities safer and stronger.

Over the course of his 20-year career in law enforcement, Brian has witnessed several critical areas where reform is urgently needed.
First, our officers need continual, more practical training to prepare them for the complex and often unpredictable situations they face on the job. Inadequate training not only puts officers at risk, it also undermines the safety and trust of the communities they serve. Brian believes investing in realistic, frequent scenario-based training is essential to improving both public safety and community relations. He is also committed to ensuring that all federal funds allocated for local departments are used properly and actually released for their intended purpose. Too often, departments receive funding that remains tied up in bureaucratic delays, preventing them from accessing the resources they need for equipment and training.
Second, Brian is calling for serious judicial reform, not misguided bail reform. Judges must be required to justify decisions involving reduced bail, and they must be held accountable when individuals released on bond go on to commit additional offenses. Too often, innocent lives are shattered by repeat offenders who should never have been granted that freedom. Brian believes our justice system must prioritize the safety of law-abiding citizens and ensure that accountability is a standard, not an afterthought.

Border security is a matter of national sovereignty, economic stability, and community safety, and it has a direct impact on the people of Texas Congressional District 6. While we are not a border district, we feel the consequences of an unsecured border every day, from the strain on local law enforcement and social services to the flow of illicit drugs like fentanyl that are devastating families across our region.
We need serious, sustained investment in smart, effective border security, including modern technology, increased personnel, and infrastructure like barriers where appropriate. This must go hand in hand with fully enforcing immigration laws and supporting local and state agencies that are bearing the burden of federal inaction.
Securing the border isn’t just a talking point; it’s a matter of keeping our communities safe, protecting our economy, and restoring trust in the rule of law. In District 6, we support common-sense, results-driven solutions that strengthen the border, uphold legal immigration, and put the safety of Texans first.

Brian firmly believes in the importance of reinforcing and upholding the 10th Amendment. He supports returning power to the states—where it rightfully belongs—allowing them to legislate on issues such as criminal law, education, and local governance without unnecessary federal overreach.
Strong, effective government starts at the local level, and Brian will fight to ensure that states have the autonomy to serve their communities according to their unique needs and values.
