Brian believes that being truly pro-life means advocating for the well-being of every child throughout their entire life. That's why he's committed to meaningful reform of the foster care and adoption systems in America.

Far too many loving, qualified Americans are forced to look overseas to start a family simply because adopting a child in the U.S. is too costly and complex. Brian believes that no child should be left behind, and that every American child deserves a real chance at the American Dream. As your representative, he will work to streamline adoption processes, strengthen support for foster families, and ensure that every child grows up with the care, opportunity, and hope they deserve.

Over the course of his 20-year career in law enforcement, Brian has witnessed two critical areas where reform is urgently needed.

First, our officers need better, more practical training to prepare them for the complex and often unpredictable situations they face on the job. Inadequate training not only puts officers at risk—it also hinders the safety and trust of the communities they serve. Brian believes investing in realistic, scenario-based training is essential to improving both public safety and community relations.

Second, Brian is calling for serious judicial reform—not misguided bail reform. Judges must be required to justify decisions involving reduced bail, and they must be held accountable when individuals released on bond go on to commit additional offenses. Too often, innocent lives are shattered by repeat offenders who should never have been granted that freedom. Brian believes our justice system must prioritize the safety of law-abiding citizens and ensure that accountability is a standard, not an afterthought.

Brian believes that government spending must be guided by three key principles: responsibility, transparency, and justification. Every taxpayer dollar should be spent with purpose and accountability.

A strong economy depends on fiscal discipline—ensuring that funds are used wisely and that the needs of the American people come first. As your representative, Brian will work to eliminate wasteful spending, demand transparency in federal budgets, and make sure every expenditure serves the best interests of the nation.

Brian firmly believes in the importance of reinforcing and upholding the 10th Amendment. He supports returning power to the states—where it rightfully belongs—allowing them to legislate on issues such as criminal law, education, and local governance without unnecessary federal overreach.

Strong, effective government starts at the local level, and Brian will fight to ensure that states have the autonomy to serve their communities according to their unique needs and values.
